And we’ve also got Sunday Time Waster’s, a Sunday video featuring three videos and we’ll wrap it all up with what I had for my Sunday dinner.

Saturday Video

David After The Dentist was a popular YouTube clip for awhile (over 29 million views!) and there’s been tons of parodies of it. But this one where they’ve looped the infamous Christian Bale rant over it is my favorite. Funnier than shit! Have a great Saturday night everybody! Cheers and beers, Motherfuckers!

RECIPES FROM FAMOUS MURDERERS

Dying to have something to eat? Well, then, perhaps you may want to try some of these...

RECIPES FROM FAMOUS MURDERERS

-----------------------------------------------------

Ed Gein’s Caribbean Sweet Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 large russet potato, peeled and quartered
1 large sweet potato, peeled and quartered
1 cup corn
1 teaspoon prepared Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cucumber, halved lengthwise and chopped
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts

DIRECTIONS
1. Place the Russet potato pieces into a large saucepan, and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil, turn the heat down, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the sweet potato, and cook about 15 minutes more. Remove a piece of each potato, and cut it in half to see if it is cooked enough. Once the potatoes are tender, add corn kernels; cook another 30 seconds. Drain through a colander. Fill the saucepan with cold water, and drop vegetables into water. Cool for 5 minutes, and drain.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together mustard, lime juice, cilantro, and garlic. Slowly whisk in oil. Mix in salt and black pepper.
3. Cut cooled potatoes into 1 inch cubes, and add to dressing along with cucumber, and red onion. Toss well. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Toss the peanuts in just before serving. Toss off on guests after, then savagely  kill and eat the entire party!

Gary Gilmore’s Pistachio Crusted Chicken

 INGREDIENTS
1 cup chopped pistachios
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
salt and pepper to taste
2 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch strips

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Mix together pistachios and bread crumbs in a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, stir together Dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper until smooth. Dip chicken into Dijon mixture to coat, then coat with bread crumbs. Place onto prepared baking sheet.
3. Place into preheated oven and turn the oven down to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Bake until the chicken is no longer pink and the pistachio coating is golden brown, about 20 minutes. For dinner music, I suggest The Adverts!

Sirhan Sirhan’s Easy Ice Cream Sandwiches Easy Ice Cream Sandwiches

 INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease baking sheets.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, butter, vanilla extract, eggs, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips. Roll dough into 2-inch balls and place them onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Do not overbake; the cookies should be set, but still soft. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before removing to finish cooling on wire racks.
3. Using an ice cream scoop, mold the softened ice cream into a ball about the size of the cookies. Place scoop of ice cream between two cookies and gently press together. If you like a smooth edge, run the back of a spoon around the edge of the ice cream sandwich. Working quickly, fill all of the cookies, lay out on a baking sheet, and place in the freezer to harden. Serve when the ice cream has frozen solid. Sandwich cookies can be stored in a freezer bag for up to two weeks. Enjoy enjoy!

Website of the Week

Once a week I thought I’d feature a website that’s just doing something for the sheer fuck and love of it. So please don’t send me links to your band’s website or your blog for this. But if you know of someone doing something fun and/or wacky, please email me the link and it might just end up the Website of the Week! (Like that’s a big fucking deal!)

This Weeks Website:

The Great Thompson Hunt

On Tuesday I wrote the Daily Story about Hunter Thompson and my favorite book by him, Hell’s Angels. So I thought I’d post a Hunter Thompson website as the website of the week.

I found this website a while back and there’s so much information and things to read it can be a bit overwhelming, but it’s definitely the best Hunter S. Thompson site I’ve ever seen, as far as content is concerned. If you’re a Hunter fan, you owe it to yourself to check it out.

Hey Brainiacs, that was JOHN Belushi, Jim's the one that has a shitty series and didn't overdose.

Let the Weekend begin!

It’s Saturday, Motherfuckers, let the weekend begin! Since it’s Saturday, the Daily Photo is shut down and there won’t be a long ass story today or tomorrow, but I’ve still got a nice show lined up.

We’ve got the Saturday Poll coming up shortly and I’ve moved the Website of the Week to Saturday, so that will be up in a little bit. I’ve also got recipes from famous murderers and early in the evening I’ll post the Saturday Video.

So bust open a beer or do what you need to do and enjoy your Saturday and TMWS!
