I hope you enjoyed this Kojak Thursday, and what more fitting way to end it than with a video of The Man himself singing, “Who Loves Ya, Baby?”

I only went to college for one year and promptly flunked out, but the one year I went it was Drake University and my older brother Jim also was there. I lived in the dorms, but Jim had an apartment near campus, so I pretty much lived there. Every Sunday we would go to Dick’s grocery store and we’d stuff a can of Manwich and a half pound of ground beef in our jackets, buy a cheap loaf of bread and then go back to his apartment, smoke a ton of pot, eat Manwiches and watch the latest episode of Kojak. Every time he said, “Baby,” we’d chug a beer and we always ended up really fucked up. So whenever I think of Kojak, it dredges up fond memories.
